February Update

Greetings and blessings upon you. It has been a little bit since we have updated about our plans and goals. We were posting about a potential property for Cielo in Colorado but that fell through. We are opening back up our search for the proper healing space and will be updating when things are more certain in regards to closing on the property. We are still raising fund that will be going towards the accruement of a sacred space in Colorado.

In regards to sacred spaces, S.A.P.P.H.I.R.E. has reached an agreement to build and use land in Illinois for healing. This will be a space open for those that want to teach, expand their knowledge and/or explore their own healing journey. We will be having an honest dialogue with the local governing bodies about what they will feel comfortable with the level of services we can offer. Once we have firmer details we will be updating the community. There are still plans to build facilities in other regions of the United States.

In an effort to gain a deeper understanding of the history and lineage of a shamanic line, we are going to Peru for 3 weeks in towards the end of February into March. We will be doing local woodworking and also learning about local fauna. We will be doing a few ceremonial and dieta inspired activities. There are important sacred sites we hope to experience. There are also plans to see some local artwork and museums. We plan on talking with some of the medicine people down there and seeing what concepts we want to bring to the United States. We will be journaling during this trip so that if others have a desire to do something similar, there will be our stories amongst others for reference.
